Terms & Conditions
 

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change based on availability, travel time, and special requests.

We accept major credit cards and approve corporate accounts.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND 

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of service may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the trip cost.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

WAITING TIME AND OVERTIME

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for standard pick-ups and 30 minutes for airport pick-ups (after flight arrival).

  • Additional waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

  • Overtime due to route changes, additional stops, or delays caused by the client will incur additional charges.

VEHICLE USE AND PASSENGER CONDUCT 

  • Smoking, vaping, or illegal substance use is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Any damage caused by the passenger(s) will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the ride if passenger conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

LIABILITY 

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or acts of nature.

  • We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Clients are advised to check for personal belongings before exiting.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS 

  • Clients must provide accurate flight information. We monitor flights and adjust for delays, but are not responsible for incorrect details provided.

  • Extra fees may apply for excessive luggage or non-standard pick-up procedures.

SPECIAL REQUESTS 

  • Requests for specific chauffeurs, amenities, or vehicle types will be honored when possible but are not guaranteed.

  • Child safety seats must be requested in advance and may be subject to availability and additional fees.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Alcohol consumption is permitted only for clients of legal drinking age (21+), in applicable vehicles and jurisdictions.

Excessive intoxication, rowdy behavior, or illegal activities may result in immediate termination of service.

FORCE MAJEURE 

We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or mechanical failure.

PRIVACY AND DATA 

All personal data collected during the reservation process is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

GOVERNING LAW 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.

CHILD SAFETY AND CAR SEAT POLICY

  • Child Passenger Safety Laws

We strictly comply with all local, state, and federal child passenger safety laws regarding the use of child restraint systems (car seats and booster seats).

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure their child is properly secured in a suitable car seat that complies with age, height, and weight requirements.

  • Client Responsibility for Car Seats

Clients are strongly encouraged to provide their own car seats, as they are more familiar with their equipment and can ensure proper fit and installation.

If a client provides their own car seat, the chauffeur will allow the client to install it. Our chauffeurs are not permitted to install personal car seats due to liability concerns.

  • Company-Provided Car Seats

Car seats (infant, toddler, or booster) are available upon request at the time of booking and subject to availability.

A fee of $15 per seat may apply.

Our chauffeurs are trained to assist with the installation of company-provided car seats but are not certified child seat technicians. Parents/guardians should verify proper installation.

  • Seat Types and Guidelines

We provide the following types of car seats based on availability and age/size of the child:

Infant Seat – Rear-facing for children under 2 years or under state-specified weight/height limit.

Convertible/Toddler Seat – Forward-facing with harness for children typically aged 2–4.

Booster Seat – For children 4–8 years old or as required by local law.

⚠️ Note: Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to ride without a proper child restraint system, unless exempt by law.

 

  • Unaccompanied Minors

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not transport unaccompanied minors unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing by both parents/guardians.

  • Safety Disclaimer

While we make every effort to provide safe and secure transportation for children, final responsibility for the proper use and installation of car seats lies with the parent or guardian.

Graceful Luxury Transportation is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to use appropriate child restraints.
